Deadwood Pavilion to host Cowboy Christmas Ball
Dec. 10 event will include top Black Hills performers, will benefit Days of ’76 Museum

A staple of the Old West, a Cowboy Christmas Ball will again descend on Historic Deadwood this Christmas season. Featuring a concert and dance with some of the Black Hills’ best performers, the show will hit the Deadwood Pavilion on Main Street on Friday, Dec. 10.

The Deadwood Cowboy Christmas Ball will include popular performers, including Paul Larson, Gordy Pratt, Kenny Putnam, Ricky Jacobsen, Sarah Carlson and many more. The first portion of the show will feature a concert with all of your favorite Christmas melodies followed by a good old fashioned cowboy dance. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Days of ’76 Museum.

“The performers are enlisting the help of their friends to do what they do best – music, singing and one of the best shows you’ll see all year,” said Deborah Gangloff of the Days of ’76 Museum. “Think Bing Crosby’s ‘White Christmas’ or ‘Holiday Inn,’ with cowboys; it’s cowboy elegant, and a chance to get dressed up and celebrate the season with good music, good food and dancing.”

Tickets for the Dec. 10 event will be $25 each or $175 for a table of eight. Call Black Hills Central Reservations at 1-800-344-8826 to purchase tickets.
