Spring is springing, and St. Paddy’s Day is almost here…
Hello folks and happy March!
Spring is in the air (at least today it is, as the mercury hovers around the 55-degree mark). And with March comes St. Patrick’s Day, and another fine event in Historic Deadwood.
We are busy with preparations for the event, and things are coming together nicely. We’ll be having two St. Paddy’s Day parades this year, one on Saturday, March 14, the other on Tuesday, March 17. Both parades will begin at 7 p.m.
Also on the 14th, Deadwood will host a pub crawl and poker run. Last year’s pub crawl drew somewhere in the neighborhood of 400 revelers, and we are expecting just as many if not more this year. Yep, it’s going to be a fun day in Deadwood! Make plans to partake now!
Have a great week everyone, and hope to see you soon.

this is probably a stupid question. My sis and I will be coming to Deadwood for the St Paddys weekend event. I have never heard of a pub crawl. What is that exactly? thanks

Any luck restoring the live streaming webcams? They are really missed by many many deadwood fans!

Hello Grant:
There are some streaming Web cams out there, they just aren’t a part of the Deadwood Chamber. Our Web site does have the Web came, although not streaming. Here’s a link to a couple others:

We are continuing to work on cams that will be as live as being here — hope this will tide you over for now!
Thanks for your interest!
